Products are in stock and will be shipped U.S. Postal Service priority mail within 3 to 5 business days. Orders outside of the United States may take up to 10 business days. Refunds Please contact our office for authorization of any return request you may have. Items purchased from Dr. Leslie Van Romer and returned will receive a full refund if returned within 90 days. Items must be returned in their original condition. All items, parts, manuals, information sheets, and containers should be returned in the original shipping packaging.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we have received and processed the returned item. In most cases,
we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10
additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank
account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to
receive the refund. Non-Refundable Items All electronic products, such as e-courses and e-books, that are sent through e-mail and the worldwide web are non-refundable.
