Salad dressing: diced avocado, organic balsamic vinegar and ½ squeezed lemon

Raw almonds (couple of handfuls after juice and salad)
Snacks

- Raw,
unsalted almonds and seeds
- Fresh, raw fruits and
vegetables
Dinner
(simple!)

Occasionally:

Steamed
vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans

Steamed or
baked potato, winter squash, or yam with pureed avocado, tomato,
onion, lemon

Sometimes fruit only
