A Day In The
"10+10" Life Of Dr. Leslie

“Body first; everything else second.” – Dr. Leslie

Before Breakfast

  • Exercises minimum of ONE HOUR every day

Breakfast (simple!)

  • 8 to 10 fresh, whole fruits eaten throughout the morning
    (Dr. Leslie stops eating fruit one hour before lunch)

Lunch (simple!)

  • Homemade vegetable juice

  • Large, green–leafy salad with 10 vegetables (Romaine, green leafy, bib lettuce, spinach, sprouts, avocado,

  • red pepper, cucumber, red or green cabbage, carrots, tomato, onion, cauliflower, and broccoli)

  • Salad dressing: diced avocado, organic balsamic vinegar and ½ squeezed lemon

  • Raw almonds (couple of handfuls after juice and salad)

Snacks (simple!)

  • Raw, unsalted almonds and seeds 
  • Fresh, raw fruits and vegetables

Dinner (simple!)

  • Homemade vegetable juice 

  • Large, vegetable salad with 10 different vegetables 

  • Occasionally:

    • Steamed vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans

    • Steamed or baked potato, winter squash, or yam with pureed avocado, tomato, onion, lemon 

  • Sometimes fruit only

Must you eat exactly like Dr. Leslie to lose weight?
Absolutely NOT
